Rota Vicentina

We discovered one of the most stunningly beautiful stretches of European coast when we walked the Rota Vicentina. A trail through Alentejo and the Algarve, it winds down to the most south westerly point of mainland Europe.

As a trail it has everything, from beach to cliff to fishing village, all phenomenally unspoilt.
